It’s not that WE prefer iTunes - most of our users do.  94% of our folks use iTunes to get our programs so it only makes sense that 94% of our effort goes into making iTunes work properly.  Frankly, we find it to be the absolute easiest way to work with podcasts. 

If you use another program that’s great - we may just need a little more time to diagnose problems if you run into them.
