My MTM programs have stopped downloading through iTunes.

So you haven’t been able to download the lastest MTM programs lately? Don’t worry - we won’t let you get any MTM withdrawal.  Here are a few things to check for:

“Refresh" your MTM feed to check for new podcasts.



To check for new MTM podcasts right now, visit the “Podcasts” section of your personal iTunes library, and click the “Refresh” button in the bottom right corner of your iTunes program. Any new programs now be available for download.

If you’re still not seeing any new programs, move on to the next step.




Is there an exclamation point to the left of your MTM RSS feed?

If you have not listened to any MTM podcasts on your iTunes program for a while, iTunes will stop automatically downloading newer episodes.

Note:Even if you listen to your podcasts on your MP3 player, they may still be considered “unplayed” in iTunes.

Click the exclamation point to reveal this message:

“iTunes has stopped updating this podcast because you have not listened to any episodes recently. Would you like to resume updating this podcast?”

You can click Yes to continue downloading additional episodes. Or you can just listen to any part of any episode and a new episode will download at the next update.

If the error message says that there is a problem with downloading the file from the server, please contact us and we’ll fix it right away.




Make sure you are viewing the entire MTM program list.

This may sound elementary, but this is an easy thing to forget from time to time (I do it myself!)

1. In your iTunes program, select your “Podcasts” library.

2. Next to your “Motivation To Move” feed you will see a small gray arrow. Make sure this arrow is pointing downward to reveal all available shows.

3. If the arrow is not pointing downward, simply click on the arrow fix this.
