My username and password are being rejected when I try to download Premium programs.

Here are a few things to check:
Do you have an active and paid Premium Membership?
To make sure your account is active:
1.Log in to My Account
2. Click on “Payment Information” on the right
3. At the bottom of the page under “Payment History” you can see the effective dates of your most recent Premium Membership purchases. If your current membership expired, you will need to renew your subscription before our system allows for download of Premium podcasts.

Possible reasons for an expired Premium Membership include:
• Declined Credit Card (If this occurs, email notice is sent upon initial failure of payment processing)
• Expired Credit Card (If this occurs, email notice is sent upon initial failure of payment processing)
• You Have canceled Your Membership Within the Past Month (Email notice is sent immediately following cancellation)
• Account Suspended for Security Purposes Due to Suspicious Activity (If this occurs, email notice is sent upon suspension of account)
To renew your Premium Membership, use the “Add Membership” tool directly above your “Payment History”. Select the Premium Membership and click “Order” to continue. Fill in your payment information on the next page. After you are presented with a receipt of your transaction, you will once again have immediate access to your Premium podcasts.

Are your username and password capitalized correctly?
To enhance the security of your account, your username and password are caps-sensitive.
For example, if you joined using the username “TeddyB” you must type your username with the capital “T” and “B”. You will not be able to download using “teddyb”. |
Are you accidentally using your email address instead of your username?
MotivationToMove.com and our Premium podcasts will always use your username to log you in to our site - NOT your email address.
If you are using iTunes to download your Premium programs, a recent iTunes upgrade may automatically enter your email address in the login field. Check to make sure this has not happened to you, and that you have entered your correct username and password in the pop-up login box.
