If it seems that you are not receiving your MTM programs on time, you may simply need to adjust how frequently your iTunes program “looks” for new MTM episodes. You can set iTunes to do this automatically, or you can manually refresh whenever you’d like to check for new episodes.

Automatically getting the latest MTM episode...

In your iTunes settings, select “Preferences”, and then select the “Podcasts” tab. You will see an option called “Check for New Episodes”. From the drop-down menu, choose how frequently you would like iTunes to look for your new MTM programs.

We recommend setting your iTunes to check for new episdoes ”Every Hour”. This way, you’ll always have the latest release of your MTM programs.

Refreshing your iTunes manually

If you generally keep your iTunes program closed, you may want to manually update the podcasts each time you open your iTunes program.

Simply click the “Refresh” button at the bottom of your Podcast library in iTunes, and any recently updated programs will appear in your library.
