I updated my credit card, but it doesn’t seem to be ‘sticking’. Why is this?

When you update your credit card information, (My Account > Payment Information > Update Credit Card Information) it is sent securely to our database, but the information will NOT be displayed in your My Account area. This is to ensure the security of your credit card.

If you are trying to view your credit card information by clicking “Update Credit Card Information,” you will see a blank box for the credit card number, and the expiration date will automatically display the current month’s date. (As Shown Below)

What you are seeing is correct. This page does not reflect the credit card we have on file for you; this page is simply for use up updating or adding new credit card info.
