Playing Podcasts In Your Internet Browser
Simply click the  button next to the program you wish to hear, the file will play through your browser. To pause the podcast, click the button again.

Downloading Podcasts To Your Computer 
Right click on the  icon, and select Save As....
NOTE This save as message will differ in each browser:
• Internet Explorer: Save File As...
• Firefox: Save Link As...
• Safari: Download Linked File
You can choose to save the file anywhere you would like - your desktop, music files, iTunes library file, etc.

Once you have saved the file, simply ‘drag’ or upload it into your ‘iPod Playlist’ as you normally do with music files. Now you’re ready to sync with your iPod, and start enjoying your programs!
