Start Moving, Stay Moving is a 4-week, step by step, healthy living, exercise and personal motivation course designed to help you start moving and stay moving forever.

How does it work?

Each day, you will be guided through the lessons for the week, preparing your mind and body for lasting weight loss success. From morning to night, 3 times a day, we'll help you through all those tough moments to keep you moving toward your goals. And we've designed the program to be used Monday through Friday, so you'll quickly learn to appreciate your "rest days" on the weekends.

It all begins with "why"? When you can pinpoint why you want something, you can design a plan to help you achieve whatever you desire. The first program of your day, "Keeping The Vision" will help you remember why you are working so hard and help get you on track each day.


During Your Workout: "Cardio Cross Companion"

Anybody who has success at slimming down and shaping up has something in common - they share a certain skill set. From diet and exercise to general life strategies, you must master certain, simple skills to succeed. The "Cardio Cross Companion" will help you pass the time burning calories while teaching you the essential skills you need to know. Of course, we'll do it in our usual fun and entertaining way.


In the Tempting Evening Hours:"Guided Motivation"

For many folks, the end of the day is the hardest time to stay on track. With the "Guided Motivation" you'll have a friend who will once again remind you "why" you're working so hard and encourage you to stay on track. More than that, we'll guide you through a relaxing visualization that uses state of the art music and embedded motivations designed to re-enforce your resolved to succeed.
