After clicking the link above, you'll now find your "MTM | Start Moving Stay Moving Program" in the Podcasts section of your personal iTunes Library. To download, simply double-click or use the "GET" button to the right of a program. When prompted, enter your MTM username and password.

Having Trouble? You may want to try manually subscribing to this custom feed of MTM programs. It sounds scary, but it's very easy. Here's how:

1. Open your iTunes program.
2. From the "Advanced" menu at the top, select "Subscribe to Podcast..."
3. Copy and paste the URL below into the "Subscribe" section of your program, and press OK:


Don't Forget... Check your iTunes Settings to make sure you receive your MTM programs on-time.

You can subscribe to MTM podcast using almost any RSS reader on the internet - as long as your RSS reader allows you to enter a username and password to download your Premium programs (most allow this).

To subscribe, just enter the URL below into the "Subscribe" area of your RSS reader:

While it is possible to download Premium MTM progams through Zune to use on your Zune MP3 player, it will require the combined use of iTunes. I know... not the greatest thing to hear, right? The reason is because Zune software is not yet capable of downloading podcasts that are password-protected, like your Premium MTM programs.

There is an easy fix, however. You can use the iTunes software to download your password-protected Premium podcasts, and then your Zune software will automatically "see" your MTM files on your computer.
