Traveling and Staying In Shape

I spent some time on the road this week motivating some folks in Little Rock.  While I had a great time, it’s been a while since I’ve been in commercial airports.  I must say I’m looking forward to getting my private pilot license this month and piloting myself in the future.

Since you can’t get to Little Rock directly from Orlando, I found myself sitting in the Dallas airport with some time to kill.  I got to thinking about my friend Jason Womack, a man that spends over 200 nights a year on the road.  I gave him a call.

We’re two busy guys who are blessed with the opportunity to communicate with others and help folks around the world.  As a speaker with David Allen Company, Jason is a productivity expert - but he also is a fitness freak.

I caught up with Jason in Cleveland where he was preparing for another presentation.  Since his expertise is traveling and staying in shape and I was sitting in front of a long line of folks at the TCBY we had a great conversation.  While our conversation was short, I made sure to let him know how much I appreciate his work.

So, if you’re a traveler that could use some help, be sure to visit Jason at http://www.jasonwomack.com for some tips on how to stay in shape while you’re on the road. As for me?  I’m going to fly myself whenever possible.
