The Trick is the “Click”
Monday, February 12, 2007

This weekend I was working out at my local club, Lifestyle Family Fitness in Lake Mary when I noticed a friend I haven’t seen for months running on the treadmill.  I had just finished a couple of miles myself so I walked over to say hello.

Well, Judy saw me coming and ripped the white ear buds connected to her iPod from her ears and said, “I was just listening to your broadcast and here you are?”

While I haven’t seen Judy for months, every time I do I give her a little “nudge” to help keep her on track.  I know, it’s a bad habit but I just can’t stop myself. smile

Judy is just like almost everybody I know - she struggles with her weight and struggles with her workouts.

But in the past few months things had changed.

She said, “you would be so proud of me, I’m working out 5 days a week now and I love it!”

Actually, what I loved was that she was telling me all of this without ever slowing her pace on the treadmill.

Of course, I’m proud - just like I am of the thousand of folks that have finally figured out the secret.

On last weeks Motivation To Move Show I spent time chatting about “The Laws of Attraction” and how you can create anything you want in your life.

The key is simple.  Know what you want.  Know how it’s going to feel when you get there.  And… get moving!

For years our slogan has been “Life Begins When You Move” and when you understand to power that is working behind such a simple action you will be absolutely excited to get moving.

But sometimes, it’s difficult.  Sometime you start then stop.  Sometimes you slide backward by two steps for every one step forward.  It can be frustrating while you wait for the “magic” to happen… but it will happen.

I’ve receive hundreds of email over the last year that prove it.  They usually say something like this.

“Scott, you keep saying the trick is the click and eventually if I keeping moving - I’ll get it.  I didn’t believe you at first but then one day, “click” it happened.”

Yep.  It always does.  It always will.

It’s The Law of Attraction at work and with it you can only succeed.

So, why not take advantage of this incredible power.

Stand up, Take a Step and Repeat.  And be sure to send me a letter when you hear the “Click”.
