It’s also time to get back on track with your workouts and making sure you’re paying attention to you own needs. Here’s a thought: Turn your lunch hour into a power hour.

Grab your walking shoes and a co-worker and explore the neighbourhood around your office. A great way to burn calories and catch up on office gossip.
Do your homework.
Take ten minutes to look at your life and make sure it’s on track and going great.
Get Smarter Faster.
Reading a few pages of an inspiring book or magazine article each day will make you smarter and more interesting.

Who Needs Dumbbells?
There are tons of exercises you can do right in your office. Use the floor or your chair and grab the phone books or copier paper to make a great set of weights!
Power Snoozing.
Winston Churchill did it and so can you. A twenty minute nap is all you need to feel energized all afternoon!
Smell the roses.
In other words, take some time to soak in the moment and appreciate your great life.
