Minute #126 | The Party Has Begun

No matter how good you plan on being during the holidays… there’s always a time when you just throw in the towel – if your not paying attention.  When is that time? 

During the holiday season it seems the entire world has one goal – to offer me food.  You too I bet. 

No matter how good you plan to be when you say – oh what the heck, it’s the holidays.  It usually begins around the first party you attend – but it’s in full swing a week before Christmas.  That’s when the cookies come to the office, everybody goes out to holiday luncheons and nobody goes to the gym.  Trust me– it’s a ghost town. 

Yep – right now, this week is a great time to remember that maintaining your weight during the holiday season is all about calories in, energy out.  Go ahead, indulge a little – you’ve earn it, but don’t go crazy and be sure to keep up on the exercise – even if it’s a reduce version.  Do that – you’ll feel better and have one less New Years Resolution to make this year.
