Did you know 80% of people make New Years resolutions?

Ever wonder how long they last?

Let’s just say that by the time the Giants and Patriots play the Superbowl this Sunday only 20% will still be on track. And the rest? Well, it will be the end of the New Years’ Resolution for them.  Why? 

Most say its because they’re too busy to follow through or weren’t committed in the first place.

More likely, they simply made resolutions that were too broad instead of being focused. 

Remember… small and tangible one-day-at-a-time goals done consistently will get you what you want. 

Hmmm… what’s another way of saying that?
