Minute #151 | The Magic of Consistency

How many times have you started to exercise and eat right and then stopped.  And then started again… well would get my point… but you know what’s next. 

So you’re an on again, off again person when it comes to diet and exercise.  It’s OK… that’s better than most ever accomplish.  Good for you.

Still, folks like you are always asking me, “What’s the trick, what’s the magic, how do you manage to stay in decent shape”.  My answer is always the same.  And it’s the same in anything that you do in your life. 

Consistency. 

Consistently watch your diet and consistently exercise and you’ll eventually get results.  Even if you only eat right one meal a day and exercise only 2 days a week –do it consistently and you’ll be healthier and fitter than the average on again off again person. 

At work is the undeniable Law of Consistency.  It’s universal and it’s the magic pill you’ve been looking for.  Just keep going – you’ll get there.
