Ever wonder how long they last?

Let’s just say that by the time February rolls around only 20% will still be on track, and the rest will have completely ended their New Years’ Resolutions - sometimes without even knowing it.  Why?

Most say its because they’re too busy to follow through or weren’t committed in the first place. More likely, they simply made resolutions that were too broad instead of being focused.

Remember… small and tangible one-day-at-a-time goals done consistently will get you what you want. Hmmm… what’s another way of saying that?

Stand Up, Take a Step, Repeat!
