Just after Labor Day in September we launched our first ever “100 Days of Exercise Challenge” as a way to help you start moving and keep moving while traveling on your journey to the “Kingdom of Thindom”. It’s been an amazing success.
There are few rules and you can start whenever you like. Best of all - the support has been incredible as well as the success of the folks involved. The “100 Days of Exercise Challenge” was started by MTM users for MTM users as a lifestyle tool. It’s designed to get you into a good habit that over time will totally change the way you look, act and feel. In fact, it is my hope that the success you have during the challenge will grow to something you experience 365 days a year. As we get closer to December, the challenge is coming to an end but that doesn’t mean you can’t keep going. After all, it’s a lifestyle choice that you made to begin and there is no reason why you can’t keep going right through the holidays. And why not? The forum is still open. Your log is still there. All of your friends are still around and you will still find all the support and accountability you’ve come to count on. As the holiday’s get rolling and your lifestyle choices are challenged constantly resulting in missed workouts, over eating, feeling bad and an average 8 pound weight gain. I’ve got an idea. If you’re enjoying the challenge - keep moving. If you haven’t started - head on over to “100 Days of Exercise Challenge” and get moving now. There’s no charge but you will need become a member of MTM to login and participate. As you live your way through the season check in from time to time to keep yourself accountable and help your new MTM friends do the same. Remember - MTM is a family and you are now a member.
