Reflecting Forward

I’ve always believed most folks spend way too much time worrying about the past and fretting over the drama of the day.

Why do they that do it?

If you think about it, the past is a sort of “Comfort Zone” and fretting about everyday stuff keeps most folks from focusing on real change that can happen right now.  And that is also a sort of comfort zone when you think about it.

The challenge is - if you want real change in your life, you must switch your focus to what you really want in your life and get everything else out of the way.

Over the years you’ve heard me chat about “Mirrors” in much of what I teach.  Sometimes it’s actually looking in a mirror and other times it’s a metaphor for change.  In any case, when done properly it is very powerful.

Some folks finally get themselves to look into a mirror and for the first time see who they really are?

Others, still see the past.

But the lucky few look into a mirror and are able to reflect onto the future - as if they are already living their dream.

It’s amazing how the mind works.

Today, no matter who you are or how you feel, you can look into a mirror and with just a little imagination begin to see how you’ll look and feel in the future.

Sure, you might feel funny at first - but keep trying.

Turn your imagination on and see what your mind will bring you!

Once your mind begins to believe how you’ll be in the future, you’ll be amazed at how your eyes begin to see how you’ll be in the future.

It’s simply the Universal Law of Attraction is at work.

Think it, feel it, see it… then get moving!
