Reduce Stress in Your Life - Easy as 1, 2, 3!

It’s the holidays (well - almost)!  Are you happy and energized, or are you thinking about all the holiday stresses?

If you’re like millions of Americans, you might be searching for ways to reduce that stress in your life.  Great news: it’s not as hard as you think! 

To conquer your stress, you only need to do three things: 

#1: Get Moving! Our bodies are made to move, so hit the gym, trail, or dojo - even if it’s only for 15 minutes. 

#2: Relaaaaax! We all need to unwind and be alone with our thoughts, so make it a priority. 

#3: Breathe! Breathing is one of the basic necessities of life, but we so rarely focus on it.  Take a minute or two to do some deep breathing, and watch the stress (and toxins!) melt away. 

So this holiday season, repeat this mantra: beating stress is as simple as one, two, three!
