Progress - One Step at a Time.

It’s been a busy couple of months around MTM Land - and productive too!  And reading the stories from the folks posting in MTM Land, it’s been productive for them too!

Looking for motivation?  Now would be a great time to visit the Motivation To Move community and get pumped up.

I’ve always been a believer that most anything worth having is most often going to take an incredible amount of work to achieve.  It could be weight loss or exercise, just about anything in life is going to take hard work.

I remember a few months back I heard a quote from Shania Twain about success.  She said “You’re going to have to work hard until you just don’t think you can work anymore… and then do more.  That’s how you get success.”

Of course, if you’re doing something that feels good, is good for you and you love, like exercise, diet and YOU… it doesn’t feel like work at all.  It’s life.

It’s kind of funny.  I’ve had a great six months.  Lots of projects, MTM is growing like crazy, I finally got my Black Belt after 16 years and learned to fly.  Along the way I managed to lose a few pounds and keep up with my workouts.  It almost wore me out but one step at a time we’re getting there.

Here at Motivation To Move, very soon you’ll begin to see changes with our first “real” website.  The design is complete and only my available writing time is slowing things down.  Still, it will be active by the end of the month as we celebrate our one year anniversary of Motivation To Move.

Also coming soon are a couple of new podcasts, audio programs and by the end of the year - the book and the MTM Live Seminar Series.

Needless to say I’m pumped up and ready to rock!

So thanks for your continued support and be sure to send your suggestions via our Contact Us any time you get the chance.  I love hearing from you.
