If you download the MTM Show through our website or through our Free RSS feed, you may have noticed something funny about this week’s show - it sounds an awful lot like last week’s show! Whoops But the good news is I’ve fixed the mix-up and you can now find the correct MTM Show #128 on our website and on our Free RSS feeds.

Note: This adjustment only applies to you if you downloaded MTM Show #128 before 1/22/08.  If you downloaded MTM Show #128 after 1/22/08, you have the correct file and no adjustments are needed.

If you are using iTunes to download your MTM Show, you’ll need to “trick” iTunes into re-downloading the show. Here’s how:

1. In the Podcast area of your iTunes program, select the “incorrect” MTM Show #128 and delete it.
2. Select your “Motivation To Move” feed
3. On the bottom left, click “Unsubscribe”
4. Now Immediately click “Subscribe” (same button)
5. On the bottom right of iTunes, click “Refresh”.  Your new, correct MTM Show #128 should be available to download now.

By the way - this method will work for re-downloading any podcast through iTunes… and it sure is handy sometimes!
