WHY ALL THE CHANGES? Simple - so I can hyper-focus on bringing you the best information and highest value to every single show we produce. But I think the best way to answer that is to go back in time a bit. Way back in the beginning, Motivation To Move was founded on the philosophy that Weight-loss, Fitness and Personal Development all require and use the same “tool sets” to achieve success. Goal Setting, Understanding Values, Accepting Personal Responsibility, Being Accountable, Mastering Perseverance… and enjoying the journey! It’s all the same! IF you successfully lose weight, you can use those same strategies to be a success in other areas of your life. OR… IF you have a successful career or relationship you can use those strategies to successfully get your body into better shape. Depending on where you are in your life right now you may be more “Fitness Focused” or you may be more “Personal Development” focused. Or… you may need both! That Motivation To Move philosophy has been proven effective for thousands of folks around the world but the truth is – we can always improve. So how are we changing to meet better meet your needs? When I looked at how we were serving you, I realized there was need for a daily fitness oriented program to give you a boost and keep you on track. Our newest program, The Fitness Boost, is designed to provide the motivation you need on the fitness side of things with a 9-minute program to support your Weight-Loss, Exercise, Diet and health-related needs - 5 days a week. To make things even better, The Fitness Boost is based entirely on and designed to support the core concepts of our 4-Week Start Moving Stay Moving program. We’ll also be holding regular Q&A sessions of the Fitness Boost, so you can participate in actively improving your fitness, each and every day. By the way, as part of this change, “The MTM Miniutes” are being discontinued, and will be converted into the longer-format Fitness Boost. The MTM Minutes will be available to Premium Members until April 30, 2008 through a special (separate) RSS feed. Next – our members made the suggestion it would be more convenient if they could download the weeks worth of programs all at the same time and I think that’s a great idea! From now on you can automatically download ALL 5 DAYS of the next week’s Daily Boost on the weekend before. Or, you can customize your own daily delivery of programs - see below. What can you expect? By the way, as part of this change, “The MTM Afterburner” is being discontinued and personal touch that I love about the Afterburner is being rolled into The Motivation To Move Show.
