Well Hello!

I hope you had a great weekend and are off and running toward your goals this week.  I know I am - then again, I never stop.

Joi and I spent the entire day on the beach on Sunday enjoying the beautiful weather after a week of rain.

The energy of the beach is amazing in its ability to center us and make us feel grounded and in tune with life.  It’s a very healing place and I love it! 

I hope you have found a place like this for yourself, to unwind and simply enjoy the pleasures in your life.

OK so maybe you don’t have a beach in your backyard, but I’m sure you’ve got something special that’s just for you, right?

Perhaps it’s as simple as making time for your favorite podcasts?
