It’s official - The Daily Boost is a hit… and now I have proof!

Since I first launched the Motivation To Move Premium Membership, one of the most popular features of the program has been The Daily Boost Podcast.

I’m always searching for a way to inspire folks daily and from the beginning my goal was to provide something that wasn’t available anywhere, a daily pick-me-up that folks could use to feel better each day of the week and stay on track toward their goals. 

Judging from the amazing success of the Premium program and the hundred of letters we receive - there is no doubt it is working.

Another important part of my plan was to give a little back by providing a weekly version of The Daily Boost on iTunes every Monday at no charge.  Well, it only took a couple of weeks for the little 9 minute Daily Boost Podcast to blast to the number one position on iTunes, and just over 8 weeks to become our most subscribed to program - beating the weekly Motivation To Move Show.  I could not be happier.

The truth is, all of our programs are designed to compliment and support each of the others.  Each contains different content yet all overlap to make sure you get the results you really need.  It’s a tricky mix that we work hard to create but it is well worth it.  In fact, it is how we accomplish our mission:  to start you moving and support you while you keep moving until you reach the life of you dreams.
