The 100 Days of Exercise Challenge officially begins on January 8th, 2007

The 100 Days of Exercise Challenge was started by MTM members for MTM members and last year was such a success we’re doing it again in 2007. 

If you’re making some changes this year and could use support, click on over to the Motivation To Move Community and join the 100 Days of Exercise Challenge.  It’s completely free and only requires website registration

While we’re officially starting on January 8th, you are free to start anytime you’re ready to start moving.  That’s what makes the challenge so fun and makes it work so well.  It’s all up to you - and we support you. 


The Daily Boost a Hit

Every day of the week Motivation To Move Premium Members have access to an amazing amount of information on The Daily Boost

To give folks a chance to sample the program we also release an occasional show on iTunes for free.  The result?  As of this writing The Daily Boost is ranked as the third most popular self-help program and number 38 overall.
