It’s Monday - how are you feeling today? 

I ask because most folks use the weekend for a total blowout and end up feeling pretty guilty on a Monday.  That’s why the health clubs are so busy during the first part of the week.

My wife and I were really good for the weekend.  In fact, I’m pretty much a veggie/fruit guy these days and feeling great.  Both of us were filled with energy for our workout at 7 AM this morning.  And we’re planning on heading back later today for more Cardio.

So, what about you?  Remember, it just takes a litte today and a little tomorrow.  Eventually, it will add up and you’ll be rockin’!
