A Little Coaching Does The Trick

When the world is coming at you fast and furious, don’t you wish you had a person you could turn to for advice, inspiration, and motivation?  Maybe you need a mentor!

Mentors can be anyone: colleagues, friends, even your hairdresser!  There are also “mentor groups” you can join, like breakfast clubs, to help you start your week on the right foot. 

No matter who you choose, make sure it’s someone you trust to influence your life in a positive way.

And do yourself a favor: if someone agrees to mentor you, take advantage of the offer!  Call them, write them, let them know where you’re at and where you’re going, so that they can give you the advice you need to get moving and stay moving until you reach the life of your dreams.
