As a kid, I used to play the game Hide and Seek for hours. But I never thought, that as an adult, I would play the same game when it came to my diet.
All Ye, All Ye, Come home free. It’s the phrase that signaled the end of Hide and Seek, the game most of played when we were kids, and actually exercised for the fun of it. But these days, as an adult, hide and seek is a dieting game for many of us, and not all the calories have come in from their hiding place. Tag, you’re it! If you’re trying to lose a few pounds, remember, calories are hiding everywhere, both restaurants and at grocery stores. Restaurant portion sizes are huge and on nutrition information packages, serving sizes are tiny… making the calorie count only seem smaller. Be sure you check the Cryptic, number of servings… before you eat the whole bag. Yep, some manufacturers have been betting you can’t eat only one, and until now they’ve been right. But now, Tag… they’re it!
