Minute #3 | Group Fitness Fun

Do you hate to exercise alone?  Hey… who could blame you?  Booooring!  If you would rather hang out with friends, have fun and get fit - I have the solution for you. 

If you’ve spent time at the gym, you know that running on a treadmill is nowhere near as much fun as running out for a pizza.  But hey, I can’t do that 2 to 4 times a week and maintain my waist line can I?  But here’s an idea. 

These days, health clubs are offering a range of classes designed to make exercise fun.  They play great music, and you get the benefit of highly trained instructors at no cost since it’s normally included as part of your membership. And the new classes are not the kind you mom used to take.  You’ll find men and women of all ages taking kickboxing, weight lifting, Yoga, Pilates, cycling and more. But the best part is… all the new friends that you’ll make in class.  And once you have that – exercise is easier than ever. 

So, if you’re ready to enjoy sweating… try a class.
