I'm now on Day 16 of Start Moving Stay Moving program and I really look forward to each day. It’s a great program, and linked up with the Daily Boost and Fitness Boost plus a little of my favorite music, the time flies by. But the best thing is how much better I feel. Thanks!

I get up at 4:30am each day and the first thing I do is download the Daily Boost to wake me up! ... I listen to programs multiple times and keep reaping the benefits, so I feel like the cost of the Premium Membership is a huge bargain for all it provides.

It's a way of life where you can attain any goal you set out to accomplish. I've lost 25 pounds to date... and now I know I have the tools and motivation to keep going. Life gets in the way for all of us, and Scott teaches us how to hang on through the tough times, and come out ahead in the end.

I now utilize the podcasts every day to keep myself motivated and on track. I am a person who does well and stays on track 95% of the time - I might stumble for a day or two, but seem to always bounce back. I started the Start Moving Stay Moving program this summer with a goal of 12 lb. to lose - I have lost that and more and am now in the best shape of my life.
