Strength training, strength training, strength training today and yesterday!!!!!!! Lots of free weights, bench work....smith machine, crossover fly, shoulders, delts..chest work...simply an awesome workout!!! I used to think that in order for a workout to be a workout, you HAD to do cardio, eh, not anymore, I work up a sweat, get the heart rate up, and end up burning more calories during the day with this added muscle on my body!!! It’s awesome.
Joan!! I know! What is up with the lack of fancy dresses? I think it may be because stores are awaiting the overload of dresses for homecomings/formal dances. I’m leaving to go to Charlotte in a week and a half, and I am busting out the dress. I’ll be sure to post pics!!!!!
