Just curious if there are any vegetarian/vegans or wannabees on the forum? I am looking for some recipe ideas or cookbook recommendations.

I was a vegetarian for probably 10 years; but I really didn’t eat anything special. My husband, the chef, was in charge of supper, and he would cook meat, with starch and veggies and I just ate the same starch and veggies as he did, and just forgo the meat. So I never really got into any special recipes or anything. Good luck with both your search and your food choice.
