raining mornings..hearing it on the skylights
waking up next to the most beautiful woman in the world everyday
our new heater (need it this morn...even in sunny So Cal)
our cat oreo.....still a kitten after 7 years
Fuji......who patiently waits for me (i think I hear her)
the weather forecast....saying a clear day tomorrow (for riding)
the amazing mtm community
my legs.....(i feel them this morning.....good day for a rest)
How wonderful God’s grace is....all the time!

It’s important to know that at the end of the day it’s not the medals you remember.  What you remember is the process-- what you learn about yourself by challenging yourself, the experiences you share with other people, the honesty the training demands—those are things nobody can take away from you whether you finish last or you’re an Olympic Champion.
