Hey guys,
Thanks to one of our newest member, Jason Womack. I found this interesting article about eggs. It said people who ate eggs in the morning were more likely to consume less calories through out then day. Something like 473 less calories, I’m not exactly sure of the number. Now I know having too many eggs can be bad for you. That is why I use egg beaters. Less calories then eggs and better for you.
Just some food for thought.
