Hey everyone, I thought I might share some food that I actaully ate to loose my 67 pounds. It’s not really a recipe per say, but its a great non-the-less. Here’s what I did to try to cut the calories.

I would microwave a Boca buger, while I toasted some small light bread. Once the bread was crisp, and the burger hot, I’d stack my burger with as many veggies as I could put. Anything from lettuce, pickles, tomato, hot peppers, onion; whatever you find good on a buger. I was the hot sause kind of guy, so that was my secret flavor. Anyway, two of these would really fill me up, and give me everything I wanted. Something crispy, something hot, and with the flavor I wanted. Well, that’s my little tip that really helped me out through my Weight Watcher diet (those two full burgers I would eat would only be 4 points). I hope someone else finds this as good as I do.

You Boca...I Boca… Everybody Boca!

Darn you - I only lost 65 Pounds.  I guess I’ve still got some work to do.  smile

Good idea on the Boca Burgers.  I use the Morning Star Veggie Patties in the same way.  They’re not a burger substitute but I really like the taste.  Since they’re all veggy they fill me up and don’t bog me down.  I’ll eat them at any time of the day with a little mustard or other kind of dipping sauce and consider them part of my “Emergency Food Supply” that I can get to fast when I’m feeling like being bad.

They really helped to keep me on track - and still do.

As a matter of fact - I had two just last night.  It got kind of late and I didn’t want to eat too heavily so I grabbed a couple and through them in the microwave.  Mmmmm.
