I want to thank Scott for a great podcast. I’m a letter carrier in Omaha, Nebraska. I listen at work while setting up the mail on a Sony Minidisc player. Doing my job includes about 5 hours of slow walking during the day for 5 days a week. Being about 50 pounds overweight at the present time I’m pretty sore when I finish work. The one podcast where Scott mentioned something about committing to work out at least 5 minutes has started the change in my life. I have lost about 25 pounds in the last couple of months and quit smoking in the progress to. I just commit to 5 minutes and the rest happens. Yesterday 10 minutes on the elliptical was all I could do but it was an intense 10 minutes. Thanks Scott and keep up the good work.
