um...well...not really
Ok - so I asked Scott for help. I was stuck at 145lbs, eatin’ 1300 calories/day, doin’ lots of cardio, not nearly enough strength training.
So starting last week Monday, I up’d my calorie intake to 1400. Then I measured my chest, natural waist, lower abdomen (any woman out there that has had a kid(s) knows what I am talking about), upper thighs, above knees, calves and biceps.
Starting that Monday night, for six days, I focused purely on strength/weight training. Then today I measured my progress…
6.75” Gone! Poof! Disappeared!
I have not weighed myself and I did not use my Omron body fat analyzer. That’s next Monday.
