How exciting! Are you close enough to the race to drive to in race morning or is it a travel event for you? My coach says that that IM is all about nutrition, that it is 10% mental, 10% physical, and 80% nutrition, so keep fueling throughout. I know you are going to have a great day.

Cleda....the race is NEXT Saturday......so no bibb number yet.....but i’ll post it when i pick it up on thursday

Donna, the more i learn, the more I see how important nutrition is..... and ive been practicing lately on my long rides, and it does help....especially in recovery.

Out for a quick ride....last check of the bike....and a short run....15 minutes or so each.....
