Does Anyone Know if Breaking Up A Cardio Routine Gives You The Same Results As Doing One Straight Through ? Here’s Why I Ask.

I Want To Do A Routine Where I Warm Up For 10min, Then Do An Upper & Lower Body Strength Training Workout, Followed By 20min On A Treadmill.

Will Breaking Up My 30min Cardio Like That Decrease Its Benefits?

Frankus, I’m not positive, but I think that as long as your always moving and keeping your heart rate up your plan will be fine. The warm up and walk after weights makes sense to me, just don’t forget to stretch. Good luck, and let us know how you do!
