Monday Tally:

Breakfast/Lunch: 2 scrambled eggs, 1/2c. cottage cheese (180)
Snack: medium apple (80)
Lunch(kinda): protein shake after swimming (100)
Dinner: At Chili’s - cup of Southwest Veggie Soup, 1/2 order Lettuce wraps with marinated chicken and sesame ginger sauce, 1/2c. yellow rice (500, from chilis.com)
Snack: 1/2c. cottage cheese with 1/2 small tomato in it (60)
Snack: 1/2c. sugar-free ice cream - God bless “sugar-free” smile (95)

Goal: 1200
Actual: 1015
Net: -185

Eek! I have a lot of trouble eating enough calories when my breakfast and lunch times are skewed. Yesterday my timing just didn’t work out. I’ll work on that today.

Breakfast: 1 egg, 1c. cottage cheese (150)
Lunch: 1/2 order lettuce wraps (leftover from chilis), 1c. veggie soup (400)
Dinner: Healthy Choice meal, salad with almond slivers (415)
Snack: 1/2 boiled artichoke with 1 tbsp Miracle Whip (90)
Drinks: 2 rum and diet cokes (Bacardi Island Breezers… 1/2 the calories, all the fun!) (170)

Goal: 1200
Actual: 1225
Net: +25
