Well we’ve got the 100 Days of Exercise Challenge tearing it up in the other forum… so why not challenge our diets as well?
This is just going to be for fun. A quick little harcore diet lasting a couple days at a time (yes.. it will happen more than once!) to keep you in line.
Here are some guidelines that sound pretty good so far. Let us know if you have more ideas!

- Record all food intake on fitday.com (or whatever)
- No sugar as in desserts, cookies, doughnuts, cake, biscotti or that kind of stuff (some sugar in tea would be ok, I think?)
- No fast food, or deep fried junk
- Avoid snacks unless it’s fruit or vegetable
Basically, you can maintain whatever diet plan you are currently doing (or would like to start), but just do it with some gusto during the Challenge!
You should record your food (and food goals) in the current Mini Food Challenge thread so we can keep an eye on you
The Challenge can happen at any time...
- Anyone can call a “Challenge†for any length of time up to five days. Then, whoever is around, and wants to, can accept that challenge for that length of time. Only one challenge can happen at one time, no overlapping…
We’re going to start a new thread for each new “Challenge” set, so you can see if one is currently in progress, and if you’d like to join. You can join in a little late too! It couldn’t hurt, right?
Want to “Challenge” someone when there’s not currently a Challenge going? Start a new thread!
