Hy scott,

Are you going to explain food combining a little more...or are you going to torture us and make us wait for more info.

Hmmmm - the choice between explaining more or torture.  That’s a tough one.  smile

Of course, I’ll explain more.  It’s one of my favorite topics and sometimes I fall into the trap of starting to explain and then running out of time.

Finding the time to go into more detail has been almost impossible with the current programs.  In September we’re going to be creating a couple of new programs to help solve that problem.  I’m also considering a “special” program focusing on the food combining topic.

I know that doesn’t help right but I promise I will explain in more detail as soon we have the delivery method in place.

Scott,

I found the topic of food combining very interesting too.  I was on a “low glycemic” plan last year,
and really had great success with it.  The concept works right in with the food combining idea.  Your
comments in the podcast were a great reminder.  Now that I’m on Weight Watchers with Joey, I’ve kind of gotten away from
that idea, but realized that I can very easily work both WW and food combining together and
probably help break the “stand-still” in my weight-loss.
We want to hear more!!!  smile
see ya,

Would this be similar to nutrient timing?
