Has anyone tried Fuze? Those are great. One of my local grocery stores just got them and I was so happy. I’ve had them before, but they weren’t available in my area.

I love them when I can find them.  I especially love the slenderize ones.  I also love some of the tropical blends.

Umm - sitting under an palm tree on a tropical beach with a rum and Fuze - garnished with some fresh pineapple and a little paper umbrella.

Check Kroger if you have one up there, that’s where I found them here.

Try this:
Half white grape juice
Half earl grey tea (or any other tea)
Pretty easy to make, very tasty and quite low in calorie. I enjoy it over summertime when it gets very hot.

Enjoy!

I just found an interesting Protein drink mix at Sams that I think tastes really good.  I was at Sams during the time they have samples and one of the workers had samples of TruSoy Pure Protein Meal Replacement mix Chocolate flavor.  I tried it and it tasted really good to me.  I am a big fan of chocolate and this one tasted just like chocolate milk.  I have been one to be very leary of the powder drinks, since the ones I have tried in the past were very gross tasting.  Not this one, I bought some and I have one drink of this a day.  I just mix it up with water and have a yummy chocolate flavored drink, this makes for a nice treat.  Here are some of the stats on this drink; 13g Soy Protein, 23 vitamins and minerals, 140 calories per serving, 1.5g of fat, No cholesterol, 19g Carbs, 490mg Potassium, and 240mg of Sodium.  It was only $11 for a 2lb container of this mix.  I would recommend this one to others who love the taste of chocolate.

I pretty much always drink water.

Sometimes I’ll make a smoothie though… I use 3/4 cup of Light Vanilla Soy Milk, 8 strawberries, 6 or 7 packets of Splenda, and lots of ice. I stick that in the blender for a little bit, and Presto - a delicious, FILLING drink for only 92 calories!
