Hey Guys-

You’ve heard me mention on the podcast that my daugher has signed on to help me with some of the day to day activities around MTM. Well - she’s finally here.

Her name is Carlyn, she’s 21 and a senior at the University of Florida in Gainesville.  Carlyn and I have a lot in common when it comes to working out and maintaining our weight so she gets MTM.

A few weeks ago she began listening to some of the older MTM shows on the website on her own.  After a couple of days I got a call saying “This stuff works - I’m so motivated.  I’m exercising again and I feel great.  Oh, by the way, can I have a job?”

How could I say no?

So, beginning today you’ll start to see her influence around MTM - starting with us getting the podcasts to you on time.  (No more waiting until Monday night) The MTM show will be available by noon on Saturday and minutes at 10 PM each weeknight.

She’ll also helping to kick up the action around MTM Land with the help of our great moderators, Carrie, Laura and Julie. 

And soon, with her help, you’ll see a few new programs, the newsletter, a weekly motiation email and more coming your way. 

I’m excited because with her help I’ll be able to do more of what I love - motivate and inspire you! 

So, when you see her around MTM Land - make her feel welcome and get ready to see a big difference.
