Hi everyone! Listening to MTM Podcast last week about delayed onset soreness, it reminded me about using calcium.
I Just came back from a trip to Yosemite national park. If you’ve ever been there, you know how physically
challenging it can be. Well, my friend, who never excersizes, and a few of us hiked up Vernal Falls. It was quite a challenge,
but totally awesome!
My muscles weren’t used to all those millions of stairs.
We were exhausted and afraid of being sore the next day, when another friend of mine suggested taking calcium. We each took
3 “shots” of calcium. Not a literal shot, but it’s a liquid isotonic calcium. We woke up the next morning and we weren’t sore at all!
I couldn’t believe it-it really works. Has anyone else experienced this?
