I just wanted to tell everyone about how much fun I had exericising yesterday.

While, I am starting to go to the gym and lift weights, I get bored really easily, so sticking to a gym routine takes alot of work on my part because when I’m bored, I don’t want to do it.  Even if I have music, tv, or whatever, while at the gym, I’m still bored.

But recently I discovered an activitiy that is just absolutely fun and challenging (I know I had a good workout because my muscles are always fatigued by the end of it.

I’m taking a acrobatics and new circus arts class!  It combines juggling (good aerobic exercise as you chase after your clubs, balls, rings, etc), balancing (good core strengthing), stretching (flexibility training), and static resistance training (holding up a person doing a shoulder stand in your arms for a duration).

All in all, I’m really excited about the class and it makes me feel live..  I think I’m starting to get that motivation to move smile
