As for my motivation I am going on a walking, hiking, climbing big hills holiday trip in March so after a recent ankle injury I am trying to get my fitness back.
With the help of the physio, my daily ankle strengthening exercises and listening to your show all the time I am getting there slowly.
Long term motivation would be to start horse riding again which I havent done in a while, and I love it, but its the sort of thing you have to be fairly fit to do rather than getting fit whilst doing it.
I am resisting the temptation to mention frisky stallions here but it seems to have just slipped out!
Well my fabulous very personal trainer is calling me now to go and have even more exercise of the relaxation variety,
his name is Charles and he wants me to go for a big long muddy walk over the fields.
