I’ve done good so far this week. I went to the gym every day, and now that I have my weight lifting routine from my personal trainer, everything should be rocking. My video blog is going to be tedious to edit, but you gotta make commitments if you want to be held accountable. Left knee hurts a little, but that’s expected. Weigh in tomorrow!
