What are everyones favorite health related websites? (besides Motivationtomove.com of course)

I really like http://www.fitday.com for tracking all sorts of stats daily - it really makes keeping track of everything very simple.

So what do you have bookmarked?

I found this site which is a cross between My Space and Fit for Life. Check out some of those pictures! It’s an interesting look what Web 2.0 technology can do when it’s put to good use around building community and fitness goals.

Sponsored through General Mills: http://www.brandnewyou.com

They have a virtual trainer program that you can download, meal plans with food that is already in your house, etc.

I just heard about it this morning on the news.

Great site, geared toward women, but in a ..... “get into the gym and lift something heavy” kind of way… certainly great for guys too… (aka, NOT touchy-feely… bleah)

Cool, lizzygo!  I have been wanting some new workout music.  I can’t wait to check that out.

I really like self.com’s Challenge.  My sister and I are doing it together this year.
