This is kind of a public service announcement, I guess.  I don’t like badmouthing anything, and this definitely isn’t meant to be that.  I have not had a great experience so far with this service, though, and I know I mentioned here somewhere that I thought it was kind of a neat idea when I was first looking at it, so I just wanted to give the rest of the story in case someone were thinking about trying podfitness.com for themselves.

I tried the service, thought it was cool but not for me, and cancelled it two days into the trial period.  Since the trial period was ten days long, that was definitely within the trial period. wink I received a confirmation of cancellation notice from them, and figured all was very well.

Until paypal, which I had used instead of giving them my credit card info directly, informed me that I had been charged $19.95 for a first month’s service.

I’ve emailed the company directly twice, with absolutely no response whatsoever.  I’ve now filed a dispute with them through Paypal, and still haven’t received any answer at all.  So while I would have recommended the service before, I wouldn’t now, because of this billing thing.  I’m not very impressed.  :/

Just wanted to offer the other end of the information I think I provided a while back.

Sincerely, Summer
