1 lb. fresh asparagus, cut in 1 inch pieces
1/2 tsp. each:  garlic powder and salt/divided
2 tbls. chili powder
4-(5 ounce) tilapia fillets
1 tbls. plus 1 tsp. olive oil
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice

1) On a shallow plate, mix chili powder, garlic powder and 1/4 tsp. of salt.  Dredge fish in mixture.

2) Heat 1 tbls. oil in skillet on medium.  Add fish and cook 5-7 minutes, gently turning halfway, or until just opaque in center.  Divide among 4 plates; cover and keep warm.

3) Add lemon juice, remaining salt and oil and asparagus to pan.  Cook 2 minutes (or until desired tenderness), stirring until asparagus is coated and heated.  Serve asparagus with tilapia.
